This is definatley the most romantic and magical city I have visited. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from St Marks square and the staff made you feel really welcome. To get around I would recommend the water ferries as a pass works out good value. I would pre book your water taxis transfer as well cos it really made what Venice is all about.
