The Elounda Residence Hotel presents the onsite Ariadne restaurant with buffet menu and a Traditional Tavern 'Argo' for a la carte service at lunch and dinner, the Veghera bar, terrace, and pool bar with a large sea view terrace. In addition there is a tradition coffee shop Kafenion. A children's menu is available at the restaurant.
The Elounda Residence Hotel features one bedroom apartments for 2 to 4 persons, two-bedroom superior and grand family rooms for 4 and 6 people, and Villas for 2 to 6 persons. All Apartments have a separate bedroom (or two) and a seating-dining area with kitchen facilities included a toaster and a kettle, customary furnishing, TV, bath, air-conditioning unit, safe deposit box(extra cost), fridge, direct dial telephone, free Internet Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with sea view.
Famous attractions include the archaeological sites at Knossos, Phaistos, Gortys, Spinalonga Island, Lato, and Panagia Kera etc. However, many other places, such as the Venetian castle in Rethymno, the Samaria Gorge and many other minor gorges (Agia Irini, Aradena, etc), are also of interest.
