Location and resort...
The Blue Heron Beach Resort is one of Orlando's highest rated and best valued resorts. Located just 0.9 miles from Downtown Disney at the Lake Buena Visa exit on I-4, you are right in the middle of all the action with Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Wild Animal Park, Wet n Wild, two major outlet center/malls for shopping, and many other attractions just 10 minutes away.
Swimming pools...
What’s a resort without pools? this hotel hasthree of them! You’ll find a large, heated pool between Tower I and the docks overlooking the lake. This pool has two lap lanes and is heated during the winter months. Next to that is a smaller kiddie pool, where the depth doesn’t exceed two feet. If a Jacuzzi is more your style, we’ve got one: it’s heated to 102 degrees. We’re not done yet! There’s also a smaller, 78-degree pool between Tower II and Lake Bryan. The pool hours are 8:30AM until 11:00PM daily.

The Blue Heron is a limited service but affordable lodging option that brings you the best of Orlando like no other property can. Because we provide fully equipped kitchens in each of our suites instead of an on-site restaurant and also offer a la carte daily housekeeping options.
Visiting the theme parks? complimentary shuttle service is offered.Located within a mile of an entrance to Disney. If you’re looking to unplug and enjoy a real resort experience, we have two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi and two fitness rooms. Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun.
In the mood for a little miniature golf? The Hawaiian Rumble miniature golf course is adjacent to the hotel.
If all the excesses of vacation finally get to be too much, the hotel has got a fitness center on the ground floor of each of our two towers. All you need is your room key! Come on by and check out the multiple treadmills, elliptical machine, universal gym and flat-screen TV. Working off dessert has never been so easy!
Accommodation...
Families love the condominium-style suites offered at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. We have suites for families of every size: one-bedroom Family Suites, two-bedroom Sunrise Suites and two-bedroom Deluxe Suites. You’ll find a comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan in each suite; all also come equipped with a dining area, a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Every living room and bedroom has a television, and you’ll find a DVD in the master bedroom, WiFi access throughout and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.
